Privacy notice.
How this website handles enquiries and editorial questions.
Who to contact
Kader and Partners operates this website. For privacy enquiries, access or correction requests, contact huzaifa@kaderlegal.co.za or +27 74 404 7570, at 516 Peter Mokaba Ridge, Essenwood, Durban.
Consultation enquiries
When you submit a consultation request, the website stores your name, company if supplied, email address, telephone number, preferred meeting time and message in a private administrative record. An email notification is sent to the firm so it can respond and arrange a meeting. The form records your acknowledgement and submission time. Providing these details is voluntary, but the required contact fields are needed to respond. Do not include identity documents or sensitive case material.
Ask Kader
The Ask Kader form collects your name, email address, question, selected topic and acknowledgement time. These are stored privately for authorised staff to review and, where appropriate, respond to you about your question or services relevant to it. Name and email are required so the firm can respond; submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or create an attorney–client relationship. General questions may be adapted into articles without publishing your name or email. Avoid confidential or identifying case details in your question. To ask about access, correction or removal, contact huzaifa@kaderlegal.co.za.
Spam controls check form authenticity and submission timing, use a hidden bot field, and temporarily limit submissions using hashed network and email identifiers. Contact records are accessible only to authorised administrators.
Technical information and service providers
The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, which may include network addresses and server logs. The forms use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Website administrators and hosting or email service providers may access information as needed to operate these services. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. This website does not use these enquiry forms to subscribe you to marketing.
The embedded Google map connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. WhatsApp links open an external service; a message is sent only when you choose to send it. These providers apply their own privacy terms and may process information outside South Africa.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries and editorial questions are kept for their stated purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact the firm to ask about retention, access, correction, deletion or an objection to processing; requests are considered under applicable law. If an enquiry becomes a client matter, additional engagement and record-keeping arrangements apply.
You may also raise a privacy complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. This notice covers this website and may be updated when its services change.

The final notice should be reviewed against POPIA and the actual systems used by the launched website.
Ask Kader editorial questions
The Ask Kader form does not require a name or email address. Questions and the selected topic are stored privately in the website database for authorised editorial review. We may adapt a question into a public article; please do not include personal, identifying or confidential case details. The form is not a channel for legal advice.
Questions should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed for that editorial purpose. To raise a concern or request removal, contact huzaifa@kaderlegal.co.za and describe the submitted question. A temporary, non-readable network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.
